Some people in this world like to move quickly and exercise regularly, unfortunately for me and my ham sized heart I am not one of these people. Luckily for me though I know enough of these gazelle like individuals that I do stay up to date on what they are doing.
The Timex Unisex Ironman Triathlon is a watch that I have heard about from one or two of my more motivated and nimble friends. The 50 Lap memory on the watch seems to be one of the best features as well as the large display.
This watch definitely will help you track your running progress, or if you are like me it will carefully time how long it takes you to get from the couch to the fridge fifty times.
